Απόρρητη συνομιλία Τόμσεν-Βελκουλέσκου για
Ελλάδα αποκαλύπτουν τα Wikileaks. Τα πρακτικά της συνομιλίας του
διευθυντή Ευρωπαϊκών Υποθέσεων του ΔΝΤ, Πολ Τόμσεν με την επικεφαλής της
αποστολής Ντέλια Βελκουλέσκου και την υπεύθυνη της τεχνικής ομάδας του
Ταμείου Ίβα Πέτροβα, δημοσιεύει ο ιστότοπος WikiLeaks, βάζοντας φωτιά
στην διαπραγμάτευση για την αξιολόγηση, που ξεκινά τη Δευτέρα.
Όπως μετέδωσε το Mega, εάν τα πρακτικά της συνομιλίας είναι αληθινά,
τότε τίθεται τεράστιο θέμα για τη στάση Τόμσεν έναντι της ελληνικής
κυβέρνησης, καθώς διαφαίνεται ότι τηρεί έντονα εχθρική στάση εναντίον
της χώρας.

WASHINGTON, DC — Each June in Huinchiri, Peru, four Quechua
communities on two sides of a gorge join together to build a bridge out
of grass, creating a form of ancient infrastructure that dates back at
least five centuries to the Inca Empire.
The year’s previous bridge is cut free and plunges into the Apurímac
River below, swept away in the currents that flow through the Andes.
Called the Q’eswachaka, the bridge is the last surviving example of the over 200 grass rope bridges that once connected the region.
Previously we have already talked about how an ambitious 6
million euro project would restore the massive Mausoleum of Augustus
(watch its 3D reconstruction here).
But this time around, beyond mausoleums and tombs, researchers over at
New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art have taken a go at the
reconstructed portrayal of Caesar Augustus himself. As one can
comprehend from the above picture, the depiction rather follows a
seemingly curious route with Augustus showcased in his Pharaoh avatar,
while the entire artwork is incredibly ‘remastered’ in dynamic vibrant
colors.

Often
described as the turning point for the Pacific in World War 2, the
Battle of Guadalcanal represented the moment that Japanese expansion in
the Pacific would cease and the Marines would take the offensive. But

προς τη Συρία, κατά παράβαση τόσο της τουρκικής όσο και της διεθνούς
νομοθεσίας, αναφέρεται σε έκθεση της οργάνωσης που δημοσιεύθηκε σήμερα.
Αν αυτό ισχύει, «θα επαναδιαπραγματευθούμε [τη συμφωνία ΕΕ-Τουρκίας
που συνήφθη στις 18 Μαρτίου] – ας είμαστε σαφείς», δήλωσε ο Τεό Φράνκεν,
συμπληρώνοντας: «Εάν προκύψει ότι η Τουρκία επιστρέφει εδώ και μήνες
Σύρους σε μεγάλη κλίμακα, χωρίς να τους χορηγεί προστασία, αυτό

An
assault rifle has to meet a certain set of criteria: It must be
select-fire and use an intermediate cartridge. In this video we explain

TFB TV has
left out the AK because a select fire AK is not controllable nor
user-friendly, even to an experienced shooter. This is a myth

A
US Marine Corps Harrier jump jet pilot vertically landed his airplane
on a stool aboard a ship after the front landing gear on his airplane
failed to deploy. The amazing landing was filmed on the USS Bataan, an
amphibious assault ship of the United States Navy.
USS
Bataan (LHD-5) is a Wasp-class amphibious assault ship commissioned in
1997. The ship is named to honor the defense of the Bataan Peninsula on
the western side of Manila Bay in the Philippines during the early days
of US involvement in World War II.
On June 7 2014, Captain William
Mahoney was flying an AV-8B Harrier, a fighter originally developed in
Britain that is capable of taking off and landing vertically. Although
the Harrier has one jet engine it has four nozzles that direct the jet
engine thrust downwards for vertical lift.

The
Hurricane was the RAF’s first monoplane fighter, going into service
before its famous partner in RAF service, the Spitfire. The Hurricane
was available in greater numbers for its finest hour during the Battle
of Britain in the Summer of 1940, where it played a crucial role in the
defence of Britain, shooting down more enemy aircraft than the Spitfire.
The
Hurricane went to serve in various theatres of war including, North
Africa, Western Desert, Mediterranean, India, the Far East, Russia and,
of course, Canada.
Undoubtedly
– the best aircraft of its time. Many will of course argue that and
that’s understandable, we all have our favourites. The De Havilland
Mosquito was such a versatile fighter bomber. Nations tried to copy it
but failed.
